Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and testing of firmware code for various gaming peripherals, such as controllers, headsets, and other gaming devices.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of features in one or more areas of our projects, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, audio, and power management for ARM-based embedded systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as hardware engineers, software developers, product managers, and silicon vendors, to deliver quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and best practices in the field of Firmware Engineering and gaming devices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, or RUST
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in embedded software development tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Firmware Engineering, preferably for consumer electronics products, or equivalent skills or experience.
- Experience with embedded networking/wireless protocols, audio, or power management.
- Experience with Xbox accessories or gaming products.
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
