Responsible for providing Fine Dining food and beverage service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying formal hospitality. Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction.
This position reports directly to the Service Management team.
Day to Day:
- Maintain the highest standard of service as outlined in the F&B Service training program.
- Responsible for food and beverage service to include wine service.
- Complete knowledge of formal service standards, menu information, and basic beer-wine-spirits knowledge.
- Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests in an attentive and timely fashion.
- Complete necessary side work.
- Notify Management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur.
All the other stuff we do:
- Attend all Service Training Meetings as requested.
- Attend daily line-up and participate as requested.
- Wear a clean and neat uniform
- Previous Food & Beverage Fine Dining experience required.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
- Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
