Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests in a Fine Dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales
- Handle cash and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Fine Dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of culinary terminology, ingredients, and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue
- Understanding of food service safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
