Fine Dining Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Manager to join our team. As our Fine Dining Manager you will direct FoH diniNGF staff in the proper set-up and delivery of a professional, Fine Dining service experience to our guests, ensuring a positive experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of culinary and food industry trends, and are excited to teach a team of servers how to improve their service skills we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```

- Lead by example.
- Develop a clientele of extremely satisfied return customers by providing personalized service, excellent attention to detail, and honest joy in making people happy.
- Maintain a fair and equitable atmosphere of excellence within the service team.
- Manage restaurant payroll through efficient scheduling.
- Conduct ongoing training for service staff to maintain a superlative level of service to restaurant guests.
- Instruct staff members in how to upsell food and beverage.
- Set and maintain standards of service to place our restaurants above our competitors for excellent food and beverage service.
- Facilitate wine, sprits and food training throughout the year to continually improve our service team’s industry knowledge.
- Hold monthly sales reviews with service staff to identify and direct areas of improvement in individual server sales.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with Open Table restaurant reservation system
- Proficient in management and report writing within Toast POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
