Job Summary:The PositionThis position is responsible for developing and implementing Financial Wellness programs for both Mission programs and Goodwill employees. Program services will include individual financial coaching, referrals tofinancial institutions and assistance in establishing bank accounts, and educational workshops for all participants Workshops should cover financial topics to include, but not limited to, budgeting, savings, debt, goal setting, creditbuilding/rebuilding, banking, FICO scores, college savings/tuition, homeownership and Fintech. In addition, this position will monitor participants' progress throughout the program to ensure program outcomes are accomplished.This individual will conduct individual financial coaching sessions, collect data, track participant records, and maintain all data in designated Salesforce system on a timely basis.Minimum Qualifications:EducationBachelors Degree required ExperienceFinancial coaching/counseling, Program management, prior experience working with youth and adults. Licensure, Certification, and/or RegistrationValid Drivers License OtherGoogle Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointJob DutiesGeneral•Collaborate with Mission Services Program Managers and Goodwill Donated Goods management team to provide Financial Wellness workshops to participants and employees.•Assist in marketing efforts to recruit participation.•Develop and deliver Financial Wellness workshops in person and virtual.•Coordinate outreach to potential participants to set up appointments and track participation•Conduct one-on-one financial coaching.•Complete required individual documentation, including case notes, and order credit checks for participants to evaluate current credit status.•Coordinate with A-STEP Program Manager and College Navigators to assist candidates in financialcoaching to accomplish program outcomes and collect required data into Salesforce.•Collect and verify all required data from participants throughout the program, including all three legs of the Financial Opportunity Center system: financial, income support, and employment.•Contact individual participants to follow up on any missing information to maintain database.•Assist in the preparation of any program reports.•Identify and refer participants to other resources and services needed to achieve their financial goal.•Communicate and partner with social serving agencies.•Provide support, as needed, to other core programs including cross-training in other service areas.•Adhere to all guidelines related to confidentiality.
