Coordinator, Baptist Health Wellness Center , Full-Time, Days, Baptist Jacksonville

Baptist Health is hiring a Coordinator for the Baptist Health Wellness Center. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to join the Baptist Health Partnerships team as the new onsite Coordinator and Wellness Coach.

At the Baptist Health Wellness Center, the Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Facility operations and the daily tasks of opening/closing the office, maintaining an organized space & supply needs, greeting and providing assistance to all patrons, and preparing the Center for scheduled programming
• Performing Wellness Coaching sessions delivering quality health education guidance and administering baseline health screenings
• Assisting patrons with healthcare navigation questions and needs
• Accurately documenting wellness coaching session information and program participation data
• Program coordination including the development, promotion, implementation and evaluation of health education events
• Confidently learning and working within multiple technology systems such as: Microsoft Office programs [Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.], Epic EMR system, and various web-based platforms like Zoom, Eventbrite, SECA, Smartsheet, and REACH digital signage

**Wellness Coach Certification required or completed within 90 days

**Registered Dietitian (RD) background welcomed, but not required

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Registered Dietitian degree preferred

• 1-2 years Experience coaching wellness needs
• 1-2 years Experience with evaluating wellness and health promotion programs
• 1-2 years Experience implementing wellness and health promotion programs
• 1-2 years Experience conducting health risk assessments
