This position is established to provide prompt, professional and accurate information to members and potential members in opening new accounts, securing loans, as well as cross-selling Credit Union products and services to meet members’ needs and increase member satisfaction.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of banking experience to include: knowledge of loan and account interviewing techniques, cross selling, upselling and/or referring products/services; or 2 years of relevant finance related experience; or 6 months of SDCCU member facing work experience may be considered.
- Prior experience with meeting established sales and production goals or prior experience in a customer facing position at a branch.
- Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience.
- Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

This role is Location Dependent and is based at the Temecula North Branch-29097 Overland Drive, Temecula, CA 92591.
What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $22.25-$27.25 (Per Hour)
