SalarySummary:Customer Service Representative is to serve as a direct point of contact for customers. CSR will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and will resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer questions in response to billing inquiries, account status, etc. Computer knowledge is important, as is excellent telephone etiquette.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of people
- Computer knowledge and terminology is preferred
