Job Title: Finacial Planning & Analytics Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with the senior leaders, and providing financial information to impact operating decisions. This role will be the lead Finance business partner to the Bakeries team, supporting and challenging to find and execute profitable growth opportunities. This role is also responsible for company-level FP&A, owning the financial model and leading planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000/year + 5% Bonus Eligibility
Location: Hybrid

Reports to: CFO

Principal* Duties:*

Bakeries Business Partnering

• Develop bakeries plans, budgets and forecasts
• Track bakery sales and identify areas of opportunity to drive results
• Monitor ingredients and packaging costs, identifying opportunities, and partnering to execute cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor salaried and hourly labor costs and influence managers to constantly improve efficiency
• Monitor bakeries operating expenses, focus controllable expenses
• Work with the Accounting team in the month-end and year-end close process

• Prepare quarterly bakeries bonus scorecards

Company-Level* FP&A*

• Develop and maintain company three-statement financial model
• Participate in the development of multi-year Strategic Plans
• Develop integrated plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Support the annual company, functional and individual goal-setting process
• Develop the annual Functional Goals scorecard; and monthly, work with stakeholders to update
• Participate in the preparation of the monthly reporting deck, including business unit-level P&Ls
• Share monthly actuals vs budget updates with functional heads
• Prepare and share weekly Sales Flash
• Participate in the implementation of a BI tool
• Implement an FP&A tool

Required:

• Business, accounting, or related education
• 5 + years professional experience
• 3 + years FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced analytical skills

• Understanding of USGAAP

Preferred:

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience implementing and using an FP&A tool
• Experience working in a fast-growing company
• Experience working in an omnichannel company, including retail, direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, licensing and franchising, and consumer packaged goods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners
• Organized with good time management skills
