Job Title:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Location: Austin TX
Reports to: VP of FP&A and IR
Overview:
The FP&A Analyst will partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders across all major functions of the company and will support business leaders through reporting and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our accounting team during month-end close periods and act as the administrator of our consolidation and reporting software, have the ability to synthesize information and develop data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
· Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
· Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of information
· Participate in the annual budgeting process and assist in variance analysis
· Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
· Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership
· Responsible for the accuracy and functionality of Planning system
· Support Business Intelligence with data validation and accuracy

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
· 5+ years' experience in finance or accounting
· Proficiency with excel
· Experience with the use of ERP systems and Power BI, Adaptive Planning experience is a plus
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Independent worker with analytical ability to research, process and explain big data sets
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to collaborate in team environment
