As a key member of the NOCO IQ team, the Financial Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming Financial Data into actionable insights. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in BI tools, and a deep understanding of the flow of operations and financial systems.

What You Will Do
- Analyze large datasets related to financial performance, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Utilize statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions from Financial Data.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement BI solutions accordingly.
- Build financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate the financial impact of various business initiatives and strategies.
- Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Communicate complex Financial Data effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline Financial Data processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure data integrity and optimal performance of BI solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, BI tools, and financial analysis techniques.
- Propose and implement enhancements to existing financial analytics processes.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Data Analyst with a focus on BI
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to interface effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strength in initiative-taking, and a demonstrated track record in proactively identifying improvement opportunities and acting upon them
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks demanding of immediate attention, and to juggle multiple, on-going, concurrent responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently and maximize productivity
- Commitment to integrity and ethical behavior and the proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Competency and/or willingness to learn and utilize the company Navision ERP operating system and in the following computer programs: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
