SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

• Shift Differentials:
• Evening $2.00/hour
• Night $2.50/hour
• Premiums:
• Weekend Premium $2.00/hour
• Standby Premium $2.75/hour
• Lead Premium $1.50/hour
• Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)

JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Counselor is responsible for monitoring and obtaining payments on all private pay and insurance residual accounts, and providing financial clearance in accordance with established OMC policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business administration preferred (5 years’ equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience
One year of experience in customer service or related field required, three years’ experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working with confidential information preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
Certified Application Counselor Credential required within six months of hire.
Union

Accrual rate increases with years of service. Refer to your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for details.
