Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accountant to join our team. This position will play a vital role in managing and overseeing various financial and accounting responsibilities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transacting Clearing: Efficiently process and reconcile transactional entries to ensure accuracy in financial records.
2. Invoicing for Owed Commissions: Generate timely and accurate invoices for commissions owed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.
3. Commission Calculations and Payroll: Accurately calculate commissions and process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment regulations.
4. Weekly Expense Review and Management: Conduct regular reviews of expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenditures against the budget.
5. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing insights into the financial health of the business.
6. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and provide recommendations for financial planning.
7. Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work full-time in the office.
- Demonstrated good work ethic and reliability.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $131,300.00 per year
