Financial Assistant Ii, Parking And Transportation

FINANCIAL ASSISTANT II, Facilities-Operations/Campus Services-Parking and Transportation, to be responsible for the coordination and financial support of all financial activities and cost accounting, contracts, purchase orders, and customer service. Will review, process, and/or tracking financial transactions and work under the direction of the Parking and Transportation manager.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of experience in accounting or related field; in-depth knowledge of accounting principles; solid knowledge of financial principles and practices; proficiency with MS Office and financial/accounting systems; knowledge of SAP; excellent analytical, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills; initiative; discretion and judgment with confidential information; and a flexible approach to the workload. Must be able to implement and/or improve established financial processes in support of operational area; interact effectively with a diverse group of people, including staff from across the Institute; and meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
