Vanguard staffing is seeking an individual to fill the role of a Financial Assistant for an organization located in Midtown - NYC. The main responsibilities will include assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), and general forms of data entry. This is a contract position with possibility to be hired on permanently.
Requirements:
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel
Outstanding data entry skills & strong attention to detail
Skilled in AP/AR processing
BA/BS preferred
