Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Creates and evaluates strategic financial models of proposed business solutions (ROI’s, Proforma’s)
- Creates and evaluates performance scorecards of different business activities
- Provides financial support to the operational and functional business areas they support and serves as their business partner
- Provides proactive guidance on business performance and appropriate financial solutions
- Analyzes complex business and financial issues, summarize and communicate them effectively to their respective internal customers
- Creates new processes and leads process improvements on large scale cross functional projects
- Assists in the preparation of the annual planning process and incorporate benchmarks / KPIs into the planning process

Experience of the Financial Analyst:
- Degree in Business – Finance or Accounting preferred
- 2-5 years professional experience in financial planning or financial related business experience
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
