The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, high caliber Financial Analyst to join our team in our Austin, TX location, in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
Primary responsibilities for this role include consolidation and reporting of Neuromodulation monthly results, as well as for budget cycles, and any ad hoc analysis requested from leadership. You will have an intimate understanding of the activity and variances being produced to be able to speak knowledgably when answering questions from leadership. You will also be responsible for preparing financial presentation content for executive meetings, participate in various projects or tasks, assists with monthly financial closing activities, as well as preparing financial models, ad hoc analysis, and presentations supporting the quarterly LBE (latest best estimate) forecasting cycles.
What You’ll Work On
- Budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, market modeling, sales analysis, business development, gross margin, capital, price volume variance, headcount and other facets of the complete P&L.
- Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance management
- Provides routine reports to leadership
- Works with business partners to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle
- Executes annual goals and objectives as defined by the Finance team
- Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis
- Complies with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
- Expertise working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with financial systems applications
- Previous experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
