We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with excellent Excel skills and previous exposure to Oracle ERP & EPM to join our dynamic team.
This role will play a crucial part in supporting key support functions such as HR, Legal, and Finance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for strategic decision-making.
What you'll do:

• Aggregate financial data from various regions to ensure accurate and comprehensive global reporting.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient consolidation.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis of financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights into key drivers behind variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the FP&A and Accounting to facilitate a month/quarter/year-end close process
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Work closely with business units to gather inputs for forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Analyze historical data and industry trends to support the development of accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management and various departments.
• Provide timely and insightful financial information to support decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop complex financial models and analyses.
• Optimize and streamline financial processes through automation and efficiency improvements.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar FP&A role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Must be able to work independently on simultaneous projects.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, strong organization skills and deadline driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including advanced Excel skills).
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams & Sharepoint)
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP & EPM (Fusion GL, Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service [PBCS], Financial Consolidation Cloud Service [FCCS].
