Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Summary:
Compiles and analyzes business and financial data and information for the Global Innovation Center and Operational Development departments. Supports the imperative to obtain a faster, comprehensive understanding of the financial benefits of Innovation deployments so we can help the organization reduce cost and improve top-line financials when it comes to new innovative products and technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures business & financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Manages P&L and oversees/participates in budget preparation.
- Oversees internal cost controls of the different teams and allocates accordingly
- Manages billing, cost allocation, and PO activity for the department’s projects
- Identifies trends and developments within the department and presents the findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Helps to create the projects’ components of financial pricing models for potential customer RFPs (request for proposals) and for re-rating of existing customer agreements as well as analyze spent and ROI of different Proof of Concepts (PoC)
- Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
- Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
- Make recommendations to management regarding cost savings.
- Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare reports.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance and accounting field.
- Collaborates heavily with operational leadership to provide quality tools to expedite and improve decision-making.
- Work closely with accounting to ensure payment to vendors is done on time.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of related work history.
- Strong experience utilizing Excel
- Industry and/or engineering-related experience is a plus

Pay Range:
$70,000-$80,000
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
