Job description
Primarily responsible for calculating quarterly/annual payment calculations for qualified brokers including qualification determination
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
-Macro experience a plus.
-Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, XLookups, data parsing functions, etc.).
- Financial analysis and ability to work with large data sets
-Project Management experience
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and change directions quickly
-Works collaboratively across functions, team player
-Attention to detail and solid analytical skills required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organization and time management skills
-Proven ability to work within tight time constraints and deadline driven
-Overtime may be required
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and provide timely results
-Background in accounting/finance
