Financial Analyst - HomeGoods & Homesense Distribution Services
Hybrid in Office Schedule – In office every Tuesday/Wednesday
Job Summary:
Provides weekly and monthly reporting on DC operational results, as well as ad hoc reporting/analysis related to short and long-term DC Network strategy. Executes the proactive analysis of production forecasts, staffing needs, network capacity, and 3PL production needs. Ensures data integrity for the business to make sound business critical decisions.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Updates business-critical production reports, ensuring efficient and effective presentation to Senior Leaders; Responsible for data integrity; Assists in creation and maintenance of Senior Leadership Dashboards
- Assists in partnering with Production Planning team to review production progress and forecast results.
- Supports ongoing DC capacity analyses, for both individual DCs and network.
- Completes analyses to identify needs for supplementary/3PL annex production; develops ramp plans and assist in communicating to associated parties.
- Executes analyses required for long term network planning and expansions, in partnership with TJX Logistics Strategy and Finance BP&A
- Assists in the development and distribution of any Distribution Services production, operations or strategy publications
- Special projects as assigned.

Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law Degree).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or commensurate experience
Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).
- Knowledge of Distribution/Supply Chain operations
- Strong understanding of financial and/or data analytics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum experience required to perform this job.
1-3 years in Finance / Financial Analysis / Financial Control
