We’re looking for a Trade Support Analyst to join our ranks. Each day, the Trade Desk is responsible for executing the purchase and sale of securities on behalf of our advisors’ clients, as well as for facilitating other investment transactions and answering market-related questions from the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a wide variety of Trade Desk-related items, such as margin/house calls, trade corrections, and reorganization notices
- Monitoring mutual fund breakpoints, excessive commission reports, and debit reports
- Reconciling reports and communicating information to advisors and Commonwealth staff
Core Strengths and Skills
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner
- Quick learner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of industry experience
- Prior experience with FBSI (an NFS application)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- FINRA Series 7 securities registration and margin experience preferred, but not required
