- Opportunity Evaluation:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence of potential mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and other Corporate Development opportunities.
- Assess the strategic fit and potential synergies of acquisition targets or partners within Paycor's long-term business strategy.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate the financial viability of potential deals, including but not limited to, DCF, accretion/dilution, and LBO models.
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to understand the impact of various factors on the financial outcomes of proposed transactions.
- Transaction Execution Support:
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to facilitate the smooth execution of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of deal-related documents, including term sheets, memorandums, and contracts.
- Participate in the due diligence process, ensuring thorough evaluation of financial and operational data.
- Reporting and Presentation:
- Design and prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial metrics, risks, and strategic implications of potential deals.
- Translate complex financial information into understandable and actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic Decision-Making:
- Leverage financial data and market analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections to guide the company's growth and investment strategies.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Support:
- Respond to requests from business owners and senior management for specific financial analysis, including historical performance reviews, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings through detailed financial and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align financial analysis with broader company objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and financial best practices across the organization to foster a data-driven culture.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in corporate finance and development.
- Actively seek out professional development opportunities to enhance skills in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 0-4 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in building and analyzing financial models, gained through valuation, financial forecasting, financial statement analysis, scenario analysis, or transaction services.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience analyzing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas, pivots, and developing models.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working quickly and efficiently.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, (54,800 - 87,707) Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
