Investment Research Analyst

Description:

• Conduct thorough research on various individual equity investment opportunities, asset classes, and market trends to identify potential investment options
• Analyze financial data, market research, and economic indicators and present a summary of the information to the investment committee
• Possess a solid understanding of fixed income investments and their role in client portfolio asset allocations
• Make industry and sector investment recommendations with supporting documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and risk management protocols in all investment activities
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate investment strategies into broader organizational goals
• Stay updated on market trends, new investment opportunities, and evolving financial regulations to adapt strategies accordingly

The Investment Research Analyst will play a role in shaping the firm's investment direction and ensuring the financial success of its clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA a plus; or equivalent experience
• A CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation a plus
• Proven experience (5+ years) in investment management, financial analysis, and strategy development
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment instruments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
