We are looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join TRKKN, a division of Omnicom Media Group. This is a unique role as the candidate will be provided opportunities to learn and grow in all aspects of finance which will essentially play a key role as the day-to-day liaison between the client, internal teams, & vendor partners in the US market. This role is a blend of Commercial Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and strong communication skills complemented by a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, analytical, creative, and strategic thinker who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is reporting directly to the Finance Director and partners closely with the CFO and business leaders.
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance and/or FP&A in a technology or service industry
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, mathematics, etc. or comparable professional experience
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in a fast paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, be proactive, detail oriented, and possess outstanding follow-through skills
• Customer-oriented and strong analytical thinking
• Superior Excel skills
• Sufficient knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Involve in all aspect of finance including financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, client profitability, as well as accounting related month-end close tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of forecasts and annual operating plans which includes maintaining Excel based models, data uploads to Financial Applications, and content contributions within PowerPoint.
• Responsible for month-end close in compliance with GAAP, IFRS and company policies.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure billings are accurate and timely.
• Manage monthly profit and loss statement with explanations and analyses for variances.
• Assist in the review and compilation of SoW's.
• Serve as the primary interface internally between the business/operation team, billing team as well as our shared service teams including media reconciliation and controllership group.
• Serve as the primary contact for all client budget management deliverables and troubleshoot as needed to meet client expectations.
• Review dashboards and analyze trends against KPI's and provide recommendations/commentary.
• Provide support across client, internal and external audits.
• Responsible for ad hoc projects.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
