Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports and analyze with a critical eye the weekly operational indicators (KPI's)
- Produce quality reports and analysis for key deadlines
- Weekly Reporting and analysis of operational indicators: headcount, projects, activity ratios, etc.
- Monthly financial and analysis reports: revenue by type and customer, detailed P&L analysis, intercompany activity, cash flow, accounts receivable, Sales Target Reports, WIP, etc.
- Quarterly financial reporting for Group consolidation purposes (detailed P&L and Balance Sheet schedules, etc.)
- Build ad hoc analysis and communication for strategic Operations and Finance initiatives
- Review financial results, comparing and analyzing actuals vs plan, forecast, and prior year
- Work cross-functionally with various departments and executives to analyze data that drives action.
- Support store and concept-level budgeting and forecasting processes / reconciliation of internal accounts.
- This position supports and reports to the FP&A Manager, will work closely with the Director of Finance (CFO), Operational Controlling, accounting, and finance as well.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years in accounting, auditing, operations or financial institutions
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Proficiency in accounting / finance analysis, modeling Desired
- Oracle NetSuite Experience Preferred
- Desire to master new ERP / Reporting Systems; Knowledge with Tableau or other Business Intelligence software or interest in learning
- Shows accountability for accuracy and quality of work product
- Display a high-level of understanding of the business' financial statements; including awareness of key drivers/trends in major balance sheet and income statement line items
- Proven effective analytical skills
- Build and maintain forecasting models/tools; work in collaboration with business groups to provide insightful analysis
- Conduct research and analytical projects involving financial modeling/forecasting to provide senior management with financial trend
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships as a trusted business partner with the FP&A Manager, CFO, all Executive VP's, CEO, CAO, Sales Teams, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles in multiple disciplines including finance, accounting and/or regulatory reporting, business operations, investment products and knowledge of asset management industry
