Financial Analyst

1. Provide financial analysis support for the business through the annual operating cycles,
   • Monthly analysis of actual results
   • Preparation of consolidated internal reporting package
   • Development of short- and long-term financial forecasts
   • Development of annual operating plan
2. Works with Director of Finance and GM leadership team to:
   • Refine financial and operating statistics to drive consistent performance and
   • Help develop capital forecasts and budgets and to implement plans to achieve spend capital efficiently and effectively.
   • Implement and administer an effective and efficient design for budgeting while incorporating input from relevant stakeholders.
   • Responsible for financial modeling and analysis support of capital management, business development opportunities and vendor related activities.
3. Responsible for participating and completing as needed each month end financial close working closely with the Financial Controller.
4. Responsible for month end/quarter/year end deliverables as identified by CDI corporate in support of the Director of Finance.
5. Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reporting and other special reporting as needed by the management team and executive management.
6. Identify process improvement opportunities, including those related to automation with available technologies.
7. Limited travel to various locations within Virginia.

Supervision: This position does not supervise any team members.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each team member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the team member’s department.
• Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the team member may have knowledge.
