Financial Advisor (Training & Mentorship Provided)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and guidance
- Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop tailored financial plans
- Recommend appropriate investment strategies and products based on clients' needs and objectives
- Monitor and review clients' portfolios to ensure they are aligned with their financial goals
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' investments
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support investment recommendations
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide comprehensive financial planning services
- Educate clients on various financial concepts and strategies to help them make informed decisions

Anitra Blue-Francis plays a dual role as a Growth and Development Director (GDD) for Northwestern Mutual-New Orleans. Creating an impact in the lives of others has always been a passion of hers and as a GDD Anitra is able to help recruit and develop new Financial Representatives. In her dual role, Anitra is responsible for growing a team of like-minded individuals to be successful Financial Representatives for the New Orleans office.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
