Position: Part-time Client Services Representative

Job Description:

As a Part-time Client Services Representative at Summit Financial, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and support to our valued clients. This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others achieve financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for advisors
• Prepare and organize client files and documents
• Assist in the preparation of client meetings, including printing reports and other materials
• Conduct research and gather information for client presentations
• Maintain and update client database and records
• Assist in the development and updating of marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus

Schedule:

This is a part-time position, with a schedule aligned with the operating hours of the stock exchange market (Central Standard Time). The specific schedule can be flexible based on the availability of the candidate and the needs of the business.
