Junior Financial Advisor

About the role:
As a Junior Financial Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional Customer Service and Support. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and provide personalized advice and recommendations.
You will work closely without other Advisors, providing assistance with client calls, trading, Roth conversions, RMDs, and any other transactions.
Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial matters, ensuring they are called every 45 days.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' current financial situations and develop tailored financial plans.
- Provide guidance on investment strategies, asset allocation, retirement planning, and other financial decisions.
- Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with their goals and market conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' investments.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as portfolio managers and research analysts, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and generate new business through referrals and cross-selling.
- Assist with account opening, servicing paperwork, and transfers.
- Attending client meetings, events, and assist marketing with radio/tv content

Requirements: Education/Experience
Minimum 3+years
Must have a Series 65 or equivalent
Louisiana Life Insurance License
