Financial Advisor Career Opportunity (Graduating Seniors Only)

Individuals who are currently completing their last semester of their college degree program are eligible to join Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor through our Advisor Onboarding program immediately upon graduation.

Our structured career preparation program provides individuals a rigorous 90-120 day onboarding opportunity, which prepares you to embark upon your fulltime Career Opportunity within Northwestern Mutual. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are looking for a structured environment to transition from college to their full time Advisor Career.

Financial Advisors strive to understand their client’s goals and visions in order to uncover financial solutions that put them on a path to success utilizing the appropriate insurance and investment products, and provide ongoing client services beyond the initial plan

This is a full time position within Northwestern Mutual - Minneapolis, and provides sponsored industry licensing fees, one-on-one mentorship, and has the infrastructure to train individuals on financial literacy, networking/prospecting, and general professionalism.

Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a history of personal success. We’re looking for individuals who have integrity, values and ethics. We want candidates who are determined to succeed, are coachable (willing to learn and receive feedback), and have a goal-oriented/competitive natures. We also feel those who have a strong natural market, or strong relationships with numerous people in the area in which they will be working, have a greater chance at becoming successful in the business.
