Finance Intern

Job Function/Summary:
Our Finance Team is seeking an upcoming college graduate who is pursuing a degree in accounting or finance. We are offering a Spring Internship with the possibility of renewal or full-time employee in the summer of 2024.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist all Finance and Accounting personnel.
Work closely with the Assistant Controller and staff on daily job duties.
Learn and perform routine activities in accordance with Bank policies.
Demonstrate awareness, understanding and skills necessary to work in a variety of bank functions.
Experience opportunities to learn, observe, and experience in the Banking industry.
Basic Qualifications:
General interest and knowledge in accounting, finance, and banking.
Computer skills including intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Dependable, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
Strong desire for continuous learning and process improvements in working with people and technology.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, listening and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
