Responsibilities - F&I Manager:
- Sells financing and insurance to customers
- Works with sales teams
- Train Subaru sales consultants in F& I producer Maintains CSI above company standards.
- Completes necessary paperwork
- Processes financing applications
- Sells extended service contracts and other owner protections Programs to customers
- Completes monthly F & I reports for company
- Assists in preparing advertisements.
Qualifications - F&I Manager:
- Finance experience preferred
- Above average numerical aptitude
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Ability to understand and complete financial documents Strong and persuasive interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel
