- Drive the expense management and forecast process for multiple lines of business, ensuring forecasts are accurate and aligned with overall business objectives and targets.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly expense management reporting process, delivering clear, concise reporting, and highlighting variances and trends to Business Partners.
- Foster strong relationships with business unit leaders and investment teams, acting as a strategic Business Partner to provide financial insights and support for key business decisions.
- Partner with business cost center owners to understand forecast drivers and identify opportunities for savings.
- Oversee and support the headcount process including open headcount, coordinating with HR partners to inform the forecast process.
- Support the calculation and aggregation of variable compensation data, ensuring accuracy versus contract terms.
- Provide support for strategy initiatives at the business and firm level including cost benefit analyses.
- Coordinate with global finance including controllership, revenue and management reporting teams on month end deliverables and ad hoc requests.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior audiences clearing and effectively.
- Evaluate and enhance FP&A processes, reporting and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness on an ongoing and consistent basis, leveraging tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Embrace change and assist in shaping the future state operating model of the forecast process for expenses and headcount including enhancements to reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
- 5+ years of direct experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong background in expense management within financial services.
- Proven expertise in forecasting expense management
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- MBA, CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience and understanding of the investment management industry, value chain, cost components and drivers.

- Experienced user of Tableau and Power BI or the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Oracle financial tools (ERP, EPB, PCM) highly desirable.
