Argenta is looking for an experienced Associate Finance Business Partner to join our Argenta, Fort Dodge team.  

The Associate Finance Business Partner adds value through the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations 
• Report accurate and up to date financial data on P&L's 
• Prepare and share with key stakeholders monthly trend analysis on key GL's
• Support the Finance Business Partner to produce monthly reports and commentary
• Understand cash flow at site(s), supporting the Finance Business Partner to upskill key stakeholder's understanding of key drivers ensuring positive, growing cash flows
• Correctly capitalize, record and depreciate all assets on the fixed assets register

Associate Finance Business Partner requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant qualification in Finance
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience with in accounts team within a commercial business
• Exposure to inventory management system preferred
• Highly analytical with a high level of attention to detail 
• Willing and able to to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Highly organized and proficient at planning
• Creative problem solving and strategic thinking
