- Pay Rate Range: $98,000-102,000 USD Gross per year
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the FIG Restaurant team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Act as the main character of the dining room and maintain a frequent presence on the dining room floor
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
Your experience and skills include:
- Food and Beverage leadership experience required minimum 3 years
- Previous Point of Sale System experience required
- Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required
- Managers Servsafe Certification and RBS Responsible Beverage Server ID required upon employment
