Job Title: Field Ticketing and Asset Tracking Specialist

Reports To: Controller
POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Ticketing and Asset Tracking Specialist will be responsible for preparing field tickets for all active jobs and tracking the Company’s rental assets. This position works closely with the Operations team, the Sales team, and the Accounting team. The position reports to the Controller.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Field Ticketing
Use JobUTrax software to prepare field tickets to be signed by customers prior to invoicing.
- Create new jobs in JobUtrax based on information received from operations and sales
- Collect and compile all job tickets as services are performed and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all job tickets
- Create accurate and complete field tickets for every job in JobUTrax based on knowledge of customer-specific pricing and customer-specific services provided
- Distribute unsigned field tickets to the operations and sales team in order to obtain customer signatures and regularly follow-up to ensure signatures are obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate, complete and signed field tickets are ready for invoicing and submit such tickets to accounting
- Prepare weekly reports regarding the status of field tickets
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Asset Tracking
Work closely with operations to record movement and status (idle, needs repairs, etc.) of over 500 rental assets.
- Communicate multiple times a day with operations and dispatch to obtain information on the movement of assets on and off customer sites, to and from the yard, etc.
- Use job board, Excel spreadsheets, and JobUTrax to track all rental assets
- Prepare weekly reports regarding the status and location of all rental assets
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with employees in all departments throughout the company
- Ability to use logic to identify potential errors or gaps in information
- Quick learner who can work with minimal supervision once trained
- Accurate and efficient with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to handle a variety of tasks
- Must be able to use discretion and handle confidential information
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma
- Field ticketing/invoicing or Asset Tracking experience preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
