Billing Track Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all job-related documents to confirm no changes are needed.
• Calculate costs of equipment & services.
• Prepare & send invoices.
• Allocate, accept, request overrides & manage reports in TRACK for all billing needs.
• Review gate logs.
• Manage past due invoices.
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
• Able to work in an office setting and/or on-site if needed during turnarounds.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields.
• Qualified candidates must have strong QuickBooks, Excel & TRACK skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in updating all systems to match records.
• Organized and able to manage multiple activities in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Meet daily, weekly, & monthly deadlines.

OFFICE HOURS/BENEFITS

• Full-time / Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
