Responsibilities:
- Looking for highly motivated individual to join our team, electrical experience, certification a plus, but not required.
- Perform Field Service and maintenance on a variety of signage (i.e. Marquee LED Message Boards)
-Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
-Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with precision measuring instruments, logic controllers, and other technical components
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for technical sales
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while working in high voltage environments
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions
Skills:
- Technical degree or certification helpful, but no required
- Strong knowledge and experience in Field Service and maintenance
- Technical sales skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
