Field Service Technician

Bridge Crane is a long standing, Tulsa area-based company, specializing in the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of overhead Bridge cranes & hoists. We provide monthly safety training to all technicians, and we provide all safety related equipment necessary to perform your daily assignments.

As a Field Service Technician, you will work with 480V- 3 phase electrical motors & controls, troubleshooting issues, and working with clients and facility directors to ensure our customers’ needs are being serviced properly. As a Field Service Tech your duties will include, but not limited to the following:

· Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting & upgrading Overhead Bridge Cranes and hoists in the field at customer locations.

· Interface with customer maintenance/engineering personnel regarding equipment condition

· Perform OSHA required crane & hoist inspections and generate inspection reports.

You are a great fit for our team if you have the following:

· Experience with 3 phase power, control voltage radio controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s)/Invertors and PLC’s

· Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

· Ability to communicate well with others and work independently or as a team.

Experience:

· Some experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair is preferred.

· Apprentice training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Must have & maintain a good driving record including a valid driver’s license.

· Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

· Must be able to work varied overtime and be able to work out of town on occasion.

Pay: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience

Education: High School or equivalent
