Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Food & Nutrition Manager, is responsible for all operations in the Production area, Cafeteria, and Catering. The Shift Leader is directly responsible for receiving, production, sanitation, staffing, and meeting established labor targets. Works as needed in other areas of the kitchen (Salads, Baker, Trayline, Cook, etc.). Performs all work with accord to the mission, vision and values of Mercy Mercy Hospital Ada.

Qualifications:
- Experience: One to three years Food Service Supervisory experience. Basic computer skills.
- Required Education: High school education preferred.
- Other: Walking, standing, and light lifting.
