This opening is for the critical role as a Field Service Technicianfor gas treatment equipment located in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Startup and commissioning of new equipment
- Work with onsite teams on maintenance issues, alarms, and repairs
- Prepare written reports for work performed
- Conduct warranty repairs and troubleshooting on abatement systems
- Participate in meetings with our clients to discuss performance of our tools
- Provide proactive equipment maintenance and performance improvement efforts
- Utilize safety procedures in dealing with hazardous gases
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Relevant job experience in electronics, mechanics, or equivalent military experience
- Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical-plumbing systems
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Excel, MS Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Ability to read, understand and follow schematics, plans, and other similar documents
- Experience working inside a semiconductor manufacturing facility preferred
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Work well in a team and autonomously with minimal oversight
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must be initiative-taking and driven
- Military experience preferred
- Degree in the field of electronics preferred
- Basic to intermediate PLC experience is a plus
- High voltage electrical experience is a plus
