Pay: $25 hourly
The Field Service Specialist will communicate with rental customers and internal staff to coordinate service of equipment away from branch locations. The Field Service Specialist will dispatch field maintenance, assist in tracking of costs and input work orders.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the following:
Communication with all customers, internal and external - including over the phone troubleshooting
Processing of Field Service work orders
Parts ordering
Coordination of outside vendors
Coordinate and dispatch all road mechanics in a timely manner
Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and rise customer issues to Maintenance Supervisor
All other tasks assigned by Management
