Form of workWe are on a mission to revolutionize the way Third Party Contractors and Tradespeople work, and we're hiring a Program Leader, Logistics Ops to help make it happen. As the Program Leader, you will manage the processes and procedures that provide critical front-line support to the business. As a member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders and keeping all stakeholders updated regarding the status of Work Orders. The Program Leader role is the backbone that ensures the whole team runs at top efficiency levels.
We're looking for an operations expert with proven people management skills, and who understands the importance of communication, client experience, performing with clear KPIs, and optimizing for efficiency.
This role is based in our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities:
#1: Develop policy, processes, and procedures to improve the way the Logistics Ops team operates.
- Design systems and procedures that ensure the Logistics Ops team meets KPI targets.
- Develop intra-team reporting to allow for the team to understand their daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Improve your hero metric (time from work creation to schedule) via projects, initiatives, and new experiments.
#2: Design logistics strategy through partnering with product, ops, and leadership.
- Build a logistics strategy for stellar to schedule work orders efficiently, in order to enable us to win and accept more volume from our clients.
- Partner with product teams to develop tools that enable faster and more accurate scheduling
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years program management or consulting experience
- SQL strongly preferred
- Prior exposure to home repair/home maintenance industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to dealing with clients directly and communicating via email, phone, and chat
- High degree of professionalism with strong attention to detail
- Good sense of urgency and timing when communicating
- Desire to learn and grow within the company and industry
