Job Summary

Are you passionate about cannabis? Looking to improve your sales skills in a new market? Our Field Sales Reps are critical to our continued growth. Goddess Growers is ready to enter the Ohio cannabis market and work towards establishing a footprint with an incredible lineup of products. We need YOU to lead the efforts!

This role will require individuals who are willing to work hard, understand how to build relationships, and deliver results in 3 primary KPI categories: Volume ($), Distribution (Doors/Variety) and In-store execution (Velocity).

Being out in the field with both a sales approach as well as a brand ambassador mindset, finding new accounts, and supporting sell through to grow distribution will be essential for this role.

Duties and responsibilities

● Open distribution channels with new businesses (new dispensaries) to carry our brands to ensure the company achieves distribution targets.

● Achieve quarterly revenue targets.

● Increase sales velocity in store through activations and pop ups.

● Prepares and presents sales feedback decks to track leads and executes follow up.

● Conducts sales calls and selling efforts for wholesale accounts.

● Develops and grows new accounts and key customer relationships, including at the store level.

● Creates and organizes promotional events, create sales menus and update product availability.

● Leads dispensary education efforts through budtender training and engagement events.

● Stays in tune with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive product landscape.

● Maintains regular communication with customers to understand their needs.

● Builds a strong base of industry expertise.

Qualifications

● 2-3 years Sales experience preferred.

● Understandsdriving revenue, growth and building customer relationships.

● Experience of meeting and accomplishing sales goals.

● Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

● Knowledge of the cannabis industry, regulations, and market trends

● Ability to recognize and respond to changes both in trends and targets.

● Ability to work in a team environment.

● Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

● Ability to travel within the State regularly.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
