PCNA is a leading provider of customizable branded products for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through a distributor model, helping businesses enhance their brand presence. JOB SUMMARY:
As a Field Sales Manager at PCNA, your primary focus will be on achieving sales results that align with our organization's strategic goals. You will work through a distributor model, selling our product designs for branding by businesses large and small. Your initiative, competitive drive, and unwavering focus on results will be crucial in meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, both large and small businesses.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 300 customer contacts per week through email blasts, make 50 calls, and schedule 20 virtual meetings (30 minutes each) to showcase our product offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, adapting as circumstances change.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product designs and their applications for branding.
  • Negotiation and Presentation: Utilize strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and create tailored branding solutions for clients.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel up to 15% of the time to meet with distributors and clients.
  • Data Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for effective communication and data management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal support staff, management, and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Dynamic personality and a strong ability to connect with others.
  • Proven track record of translating strategic plans into actionable items.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional sales negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to create and execute sales plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • 3-5 years of Field/Outside Sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license.
