Position Description
We are seeking a Manager of Content Marketing to take the lead in developing successful, long-term Content Marketing strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Content Marketing. The Content Marketing Manager will ensure consistency throughout all marketing channels and provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Responsibilities:

  • Manages and flawlessly executes the Go-to-Market plan and content creation strategy for product launches, brand marketing, etc.
  • Leads/supports the creation and promotion/distribution plan of campaign assets, which includes all content collateral and all marketing components, including but not limited to - website, social media, PPC & SEM assets, advertising, press release, blog, newsletter, etc. from early life to mass production.
  • Effectively distributes content and monitors performance in accordance with campaign strategy. Analyzes performance and adjusts strategy accordingly.
  • Co-manages lists with digital and sales development leads, creates journey maps and schedules emails.
  • Leads and delegates/works with in-house and/or external writers, design team and other content creators to create, edit, and finalize all content and marketing products for each piece of the strategy.
  • Oversees blog and news content based on calendar/assignment.
  • Educates external prospect stakeholders on our product features and their benefits in tandem with the Product, Marketing, TKC, Sales, Sales Development and Partner Teams.
  • Conducts competitor analysis as it relates to position responsibilities, and effectively positions business and product against competitors in the marketplace.
  • Supports creation and distribution of Voice of Customer materials and campaigns.
  • Creates compelling email and social media content for prospecting and new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborates with designers to create innovative graphics that best convey complex concepts.
  • Collaborates with digital team and external vendors on distribution and measurement of external content performance, including website/SEO efforts, paid/performance marketing, etc.
  • Assists with the creation of press releases and email templates, and manages campaigns.
  • Assists with Outreach Campaign Strategy and content creation.
  • Collaborates with sales to create customized proposals upon request.
  • Supports Partner Marketing efforts as needed.

Technical Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of content development experience in the technology industry.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing content development strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience writing, editing, and finalizing content as it relates to proposals, blogs and news content, website content, presentations, press releases, etc.
  • Experience in a digital web or product marketing role within a SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills. Experienced in understanding what and how audiences consume content and create it accordingly.
  • Strong experience using marketing tools and implementing best practices – BrightEdge/SEMrush/related, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong experience using CRM systems, HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for generative content, content planning and distribution.
  • Experience using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Strong experience using narratives and storytelling to build loyalty and awareness amongst target markets.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with varying departments such as Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, BD/Partnerships, etc.
  • Experience learning and understanding ideal customer profiles and needs to deliver high-value marketing solutions.
  • Strong experience with lead generation strategy – inbound /outbound and ABM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital technologies, or related major.
  • Experience with leveraging data to deliver and report out on ROI driven results.
  • Experience working diligently and independently, but according to direction and within pre-set guidelines.
