Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our organization to success. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage a team of employees. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing support to the management team, and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store or department.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
