Field Revenue Manager

Responsibilities
- Engage with field leadership to build competency around the Sales & Install Process
- Execute field training strategy for all revenue initiatives
- Accountable for execution of training strategy
- Discover field needs by working directly with field managers and pros
- Develop strong relationships and trust with field leaders
- Be an expert on the Sales & Install Process
- Develop coaching competency with field leadership
- Lead trainings and webinars for new hires and continuing education
- Understand revenue metrics and track success
- Understand revenue commission plan
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Excellent presentation and public speaking presence
- Proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint/Keynote)
