Field Representative - Cable TV & Internet - Equipment Recovery

Vozzcom is the premier provider of field Equipment Recovery services to the nation’s top cable companies.

We are seeking Field Representatives for Equipment Recovery throughout the Dalton, GA area.

Our market client is Spectrum.

This full time, with benefits, position is mostly outdoor work. Start a career! Work outside! Hourly, plus Commission, plus Full Mileage Reimbursement! No experience is necessary, we train.

Part Time positions also available.

Our Client issues daily accounts for existing customers that have not returned their Spectrum equipment. We work with client customers to ensure equipment is returned.

Are you good at sales, telemarketing, door-to-door, or customer service but want more than being behind a desk all day? Have previous cable experience as a technician or CSR? Want a base pay, plus commission, plus bonus potential and full mileage reimbursement structure to reward your abilities? In the role of Field Representative, the individual will be responsible for:

• Visiting accounts to attempt to recover Spectrum equipment
• Daily documentation of activity.
• Making customer visits at account address for Equipment Recovery attempts.
• Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.

Work Schedule:

Standard Full-Time work schedule is 5 days a week with Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday Required. Sunday and one weekday are off.

Standard Full-Time work hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM those days

Part Time days may vary.

The candidates we are seeking will be or have:

• The ability to work the schedule above
• Drug-free
• Good driving record
• Proof of auto insurance with your name as an insured operator of that vehicle
• The position is subject to a background check and must receive client approval
• Self-motivated/friendly
• Good communication skills
• Energy and a desire to be successful
• Detail-oriented
